With the drummer, backing singers, as well as the 2 guitarists contributi g to the vocals i can hardly distinguish McCartneys voice.

Seems odd when someone like Barry Manilow Is in the country.

Re: Paul McCartney At Glastonbury
I think that to see a living member of The Beatles playing to such a high level in front of many thousands live and probably billions worldwide is ****ing amazing.
Paul McCartney was changing the world of music before most people on here were born.

Agreed. How many bands have the Beatles inspired directly or indirectly. Inspired Oasis who inspired the next generation.

McCartney hasn't been very complimentary of Oasis in the past.
Could be a bit frosty backstage with Noel.

I would rather that than that slimey tory Gary Barlow sucking up to the conservatives
I would like to batter him with a coal shovel

Re: Paul McCartney At Glastonbury
Paul McCartney is a legit genius. An unstoppable force. Songs pour out of him. I firmly believe he would have made it on his own. He saw the potential of Lennon and he knew George could play. I have no doubt that he was the first to question Pete Best. The songs come effortlessly, he plays like he doesn't even have to think. He was and still is a force to be reckoned with. He made it happen. 80 years old and he won't give up. Respect.

Re: Paul McCartney At Glastonbury
It's mad to think that the Glastonbury festival started in 1970 just as the Beatles were splitting up.
