Re: Warnock's Boro On The March

Derby rock bottom need to get a big name in to sort this out of hope its snows from here on in.
Re: Warnock's Boro On The March
What's happening at Derby is a classic example of how vulnerable football clubs are to relegation down the leagues.
Of course, Sunderland is the stand out club over recent seasons.
We could easily be playing in League One next season...

Be great to see.
Warnock was fantastic for us.
Love to see him do it again to prove the purists wrong yet again.
Re: Warnock's Boro On The March
Why is it a miracle that a team should get promoted? Warnock has a great record in the Championship over a very lengthy career. But he's hardly a miracle worker. Just over 12 months ago he was managing us and we were shit.

The Grand Old Duke of York is weaving his magic again.
Re: Warnock's Boro On The March
No surprise to see Warnock doing well, it’s more or less the pattern at every club he’s been with. Great start, feet under the table, bit of success, spend a lot of money, tell everyone what they want to hear, things start going stale, fans get restless, team start slipping down the table, he walks or is sacked .......and repeat.

It’s not that great. Averages a promotion every decade.

Steve Gibson won’t give him the kind of free reign he’s enjoyed here. He’ll have to work with what he’s got. He’ll bounce around 8th to 16th.

Nothing duplicitous about my views of Colin Wanker so your use of a famous but incomplete saying is incorrect

They'll sack Harris sooner rather than later if it doesn't work and we will appoint someone new, as long as they're not completely useless they'll keep us up, we've got too many good players. If we go back to basics we will survive. Where we go the season after is a different story mind.

That's NW in a nutshell but it's fun whilst it lasts.
