That decision to disallow Bellingham's goal is one of the worst I've ever seen https://twitter.com/Sporf/status/137...261529090?s=20

1-1. City don’t look shabby of course but really Dortmund probably feel like they should be taking a lead back to Germany... or wherever they may be playing their European games at the moment!
Re: Liverpool V Madrid ......... Man City V Dortmund
Man City win 2-1
Liverpool lose 3-1
Re: Liverpool V Madrid ......... Man City V Dortmund
Ref in the Man City game was as dodgy as Man City’s ‘keeper.
Re: Liverpool V Madrid ......... Man City V Dortmund
Why do managers lie? Pep asked about the penalty to Man City that was overturned...”I didn’t see it”,......then asked about the poor decision to disallow Bellingham’s ‘goal’...”I didn’t see it”. Bollocks, you’re fibbing, of course you’ve seen the replays, he’s obsessed with football and no doubt he’s got access to monitors or tellys at any given moment.

Apparently, to compound the error, if the ref had let the goal go in before blowing his whistle for the foul then VAR would have looked at it but because he blew for the foul before then it couldn't

Liverpool looked cooked .
Man City will not be happy conceding an away goal and not making the aggregate wider , Dortmund are decent attacking unit .

Can was also booked in penalty incident which was overturned but yellow still stands.... For a foul which wasn't a foul. Bizarre stuff.
