Are pay cuts written into contracts on relegation?
Would a Championship club have clauses of this nature should the dreaded relegation happen?
It isn't as if we have parachute payments to nullify it like we do on relegation from the Premier League, at least I don't think so.

I'd have thought so, in a similar way to a bonus if the team were promoted.
Also linked to how many games you played, goals scored, clean sheets etc...
Contracts don't seem to be like they used to with numerous clauses written in.

Any club with half a clue would absolutely have such clauses inserted.
However, we're talking about City here...
