Don’t know how many times this has to be said but “they will always serve personal callers first”
7 or 8 windows open and about another 6 on the phones

I had to pop in yesterday afternoon, surprised to see the number of people trying to renew their season tickets and being shocked when told the early bird price and seat reservation ended at Midnight on the Sunday.

As long as when they got to the front if the queue they purchased something then it's all good
