Cardiff City legends for the wrong reasons.....
Obviously the likes of Robin Friday get their awards here, but also the likes of Andy Jordan for his impressive own goal to starts ratio etc...

Tony Philliskirk, I’ve never seen any player show less commitment, absolute waste of space.

Albert Lamour was a decent player for us and so shouldn’t be on this list.
Showers on the other hand……

I'm going to look him up. In my head I remember him as being a cross between John Hartson and Ed Sheeran.

Fan Zhiy. Allegedly the Chinese equivalent of David Beckham. Saw more in Les Croupiers than what he played for us.

was it a red card on his debut?

Re: Cardiff City legends for the wrong reasons.....
John Williams looked like Freddy Krueger and was sent off in one of his few appearances during a 5-0 home defeat to Maidstone on New year's day back in 1992. I had the unfortunate experience of being below the Maidstone fans in the newly opened family enclosure and can never forget their chant of "Not 1, not 2, not 3 but 4 Maidstone are winning and we going to score more".

I think he only played five games. If he played more, then we'd have to stump up more cash, so it never happened.

Me being young when he signed thought as a Chinese International he must be amazing. Then on his debut I saw him try and shoot from a free kick at the halfway line and go about 30 yards over the bar.
Another legend for is Simon Walton. Think he got red carded on his debut?

I was there that day, very hung over and although we lost 5-0 the memory of the game was a big fat bald guy aka John Williams after committing yet another foul (think he was hung over too) trying to sneek up the side of the Bob bank touch line hoping the ref didn't notice and see that it was him yet again clogging into someone.............cart horse
