Hopefully the new manager won't put up with us being the soft touch we've been in recent years.
Re: Carabao Cup: Cardiff v Colchester
City should consider dropping tickets for adults to a fiver or something equally as nominal and kids go free for this game, otherwise it's going to be another pathetic attendance.
Re: Carabao Cup: Cardiff v Colchester
a chance to see what the reserves can do.

Congrats to the mighty U's.

Tough one for us, they finished 20th in League 2 last year so could have been easier. We've got our work cut out to progress.

Club hype the game up by opening 5 rows of the Ninian. Hurry whilst stocks last.

I hear they're building a new tier above the Canton just for this game.
Re: Carabao Cup: Cardiff v Colchester
The club for unfathomable reasons will presumably open up all 4 stands and the upper Grandstand.
Open the Canton and the Grandstand and they can half the running costs for the night. We’ll almost certainly be operating at a loss regardless given the crowd we’ll get.

It was always going to end in tiers.

Stop! I can’t stand it!
Re: Carabao Cup: Cardiff v Colchester
I saw us play Portsmouth in the first round in 2017. We came from behind to win in extra time. I seem to remember being in the Grandstand. Would the Ninian Stand have been closed?

I think it must have been, because I was in the Grandstand for that match as well.
