I agree.
Daehli may still be with us for starters.
Ole had to go - not for this clown though!
Ole was trying (but failing) to play football, Slade isn't even trying ( and still failing).
I look at that first half against Norwich and wonder what could have been, then I remember the second half and remember why he had to go
Scott Young and Gabbs have had the best results so far...
5 points from 9 games is it? Don't worry though - we "looked a little better today" blah blah blah.
Slade's fanclub have arrived.
I admit I said Ole had to go but for someone more experienced at this level not less. I wish Ole had been given the season now. We'd have been disorganised but more fun!!!
In hindsight he should stayed the season if this was what we would end up with. We at least tried to pass the ball, we weren't effective going forward but I'm quite sure we would have no worse a points tally under him. He could have brought in a few loans with his connections and the players like Daehli and Guerra maybe would have got more time. Cost cuttinmg is all well and good but I hate to think what we will have to cut were to get relegated.
You really are a clueless gimp.
Enlighten me pleaseQuote:

It's like asking if you want to be executed by lethal injection or firing squad
Well put, that's more or less how I feel about things. That said, Ole's truly awful transfer dealings still just about shades it for me in any which one is worse debate.Quote:

Our last 6 defeats have all been against form teams who are currently in the top 8. We've been poor but we should pick up wins when we play the lower teams.
Ole's only real trick was to purchase a load of talented players and then tell them to try and do what man utd used to do. He didn't have any man management skills and was taking us down a dark path.
Sounds like slade but with the word 'talented' added in and Man United replaced with 1990 WimbledonQuote:

We will never be able to compare the two - especially since Ole's sacking (which effectively undermined or demotivated many of his signings) impacted hugely on Slade's chances of success. It was a bad decision to change managers at that time - a sign of an inexperienced owner - though many on here wanted Ole out then.
Yes - the buck stops with Tan who allowed Ole, rather than a more experienced man, to become our manager at such a crucial time.
After that we became a snowball - and snowballs go only one way - Down! http://www.ccmb.co.uk/images/smiley_icons/shrug.gif
Statistically, yes.
But that will be looking at purely win percentage rather than taking into consideration how our season has been laid out. How do their home/away results compare? How do their results against the top 6 sides/bottom 6 sides compare?Quote:

The only saving grace is that there a few teams worse than City but anything between 16th & 21st looks probable.Quote:
