Elephant Beds - Penarth Road
Thinking of using them - think again.
Delivery - if they remember and only after you call them to ask where the bed is?
Parts missing - they will post them to you and in the meantime your son can sleep on the mattress by putting it on the floor - as suggested by the "manager"
Collecting the parts yourself and asking for some money to cover the inconvenience/petrol etc - not a chance.
25 years of excellent customer service - my arse
I Need to buy another bed soon - have a guess where I wont be going:angry:

Re: Elephant Beds - Penarth Road
We should petition Jimmy the Jock to open a new bed outlet to ensure the people of Cardiff and district can have confidence in their purchases.
His beds would have the most comfortable mattresses in Wales, UK, Europe, world and Milky Way. They'd also be the bounciest.
Two questions for Moggis:
Why wasn't the Jimmy appreciation thread made a sticky?
Why hasn't he been afforded his own smiley?

Re: Elephant Beds - Penarth Road NEVER NEVER NEVER
I found Webb's of Crickhowell excellent for beds and mattresses.
Highly recommended.
