V SW. Last season football

I'm sorry to say it but our performance yesterday was reminiscent of last season.

We couldn't keep the ball, often chased shadows, and when we did have it we either lobbed it forward or gave it back.
Zohore lacked support.

The biggest differences between early this and last season is that our players were running into space looking for the ball, pushing forward and all were prepared to have a shot.

Yesterday we reverted to players standing and watching instead of running into space to help. Full backs not attacking.

SW were a good footballing team. Good touches, on the ground, players running looking for the ball. We need to be able to cope with that.

We have lost our zing and element of surprise.

Somehow that early confidence has to be recovered. We are better on the front foot.
