We're going to have too many CM's soon.. :hehe:

There are several Betis players that, less than ten days before LaLiga begins, are being tempted by several clubs. Among them is Víctor Camarasa, for whom Cardiff City is tightening and a lot in the last hours to take their services. The Welsh aim for the transfer of the green and white for next season. The footballer has been tried this summer by many teams, especially for the Celta de Vigo who tried to sign him . But his response was always negative. Now Cardiff, who has returned to the Premier after several years, is trying by all means to convince him to take their services , knowing that Camarasa does not have much intention to get out of Betis. The Welsh have moved the message that there may have the leading role in the Betis seems complicated , especially after the recruitment of several players (Sergio Canales or Inui) who can occupy a square similar to yours on the lawn. 26 games last season To leave, Camarasa (who signed for the Heliopolis last summer from the Levant ) would leave the Verdiblanca entity after playing last year 26 games (24 LaLiga and two Cup) , which scored a goal and was on the lawn 1,360 minutes. Precisely Cardiff City has been the last rival of Betis this preseason. Those of Quique Setién defeated to the Welsh in their own stadium by 1-2 , with so many of Loren Morón and Cristian Tello. A match in which, by the way, Camarasa did not have minutes.!

There are a few accounts saying it. Marca are reporting it too.

I don't think that automatically means its ropey-just look at Alan Nixon loads of followers and he's been crap for a while now.:hehe:

Being reported by Pete O'Rourke (who's pretty reliable) and local press in Seville. Looks like it might have some legs.

If we sign him, and Arter, I'd be happy with our midfield.

I'd be happy with Arter but know nothing about Camarasa to have an opinion either way. I'd hope he'd bring a bit of bite, possession and good passing to the midfield. Would certainly refine what we've had in the middle over the last few years

He was an unused sub on Saturday. Camarasa that is, not O'Rourke!

Yeah, I'm not sure our midfield is weak enough that we need a journalist in the middle! Camarasa started on Friday night vs Bournemouth, and he's played 5 seasons in La Liga, and if Setien thinks he's OK at football he should be fine for us!

Arter will be a top signing. I know less about Camarasa but as you say, he seems to have a good track record. I wonder how long he's been on the radar, and whether any due diligence has been done on his ability to fit into the squad?

Any grainy YouTube footage?

Latching onto a hoof upfield in the first clip, he'll fit right in.

Jamie Keable on twitter has done a write-up which is posted on inside Wales sport.
