Woman That Fell From A Cruise Ship
Well, not according to this:
https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-new...staff-13113792
If the allegations are true, surely the cruise line will be seeking legal action for allowing doubts over their safety, enforcing a change of schedule, whilst hundreds of people also had their holidays spoilt, due to the upheaval. Then of course there is the cost of the rescue operation. If and it is a big if, she is the cause of this horrendous episode. I hope she is taken to the cleaners. The only suggested positive in the story is that she was found alive.

She could probably be sued for far more money than she possesses

Nobody just falls off a ship. There is always a dodgy reason.
She has 3 pages in the daily mail today.
She sounds like a mentalist

Wasn't it a David Bowie film?

They would have to prove that she was of sound mind when she jumped. Catch-22?

'Since 2000, reports say roughly 300 people on cruise ships have fallen overboard.'

Should that be her defence surely it would be incumbent on her to prove that she wasn't of sound mind and not the other way around.

Re: Woman That Fell From A Cruise Ship
My theory is. She was either
a) leaning through the rails chucking up
Or
b) indulging in a sex act and lost her balance on the follow thereby plummeting her headlong into the raging foam

Probably prove that by bringing up that she jumped 60ft off a cruise shit 60 miles off the coast

I thought it was unusually common, disney cruises have a terrible rep for it.

Not the sort of thing people of sound mind do is it, unless you are practising to swim the English Channel.

Re: Woman That Fell From A Cruise Ship
Maybe she was worried about Brexit. If you read the Guardian or online BBC it is going to be the end of the world as we know it.

The most common denominator is drunkenness. By the way, some of the larger cruise ships bring in over $3M to a location from just parking alongside, decanting their passengers for a few hours before sailing off for the evening with their punters being fed, entertained and and watered on board.

Re: Woman That Fell From A Cruise Ship
IMHO something doesn't add up with her story. 10 hours in the sea getting dehydrated, sunburnt and hungry. She seemed quite OK soon afterwards and available for interviews.
