The original was a belter , Clint Eastwood, an injured yankee soldier is wounded and taken in by an all women country house ....my ideal job really
Anyway hes a rotter and makes his way through several of the ladies before it all goes wrong
It's a very dark , psychological film
Anyway it was remade a few years ago with the gorgeous nicole Kidman in the leading lady role
Anyone seen it , is it worth watching ?
Not seen it, films not my bag these days, but it'll have to go some to beat the Clint Eastwood version which was superb.
