How would a libertarian society cope with a pandemic?

Surely this is one situation that really doesn’t lend itself to that political view?

How do you enforce social isolation? How do you survive without social welfare in place for people who can’t earn? How do you increase the capacity of a country’s health care when you can’t comindere private health facilities and other areas?
