SEASON TICKET CREDIT APPLICATION VIA WEBSITE ... A QUERY ... HELP PLEASE

Eventually I got into my account; clicked on the option I required and the site is now showing:

"Refund Options Pending."
A green box then popped up showing, "Return request sent."

Is that it or does that mean an email is being sent to me to confirm?

Why is nothing straight forward with the City website?
