Rare 2001 Ken Thorne yellow away shirt - medium. Auction on Ebay

I have this theory that only Large or Extra Large shirts go for good money. Even the rarer ones don't fetch as much as you'd think, if they're of a 'smaller' size. Not everyone is a serious collector - most people buy shirts to wear them, and these days, most of us are large or extra large. Well, that's my theory, anyway....

I didn't know we had used that badge as recently as that. Was this a special shirt for the League Cup or something?

Was that pre-Hammam? Why did we change from that to the awful St David's Cross badge. If I had my way, that would be our badge now and always. Maybe with the old-fashioned bluebird.

That was 2000 / 2001 season away kit. Sam came that summer so we may have already had that design signed off
