All these people heading back to the gym

I have total respect for people who pay whatever it is monthly to go to the gym , lift weights , run on the treadmill , spin bikes, boxercise , martial arts , play squash , swim a mile before work etc
But it takes a great deal of motivation . Which I used to have .
These days its a few press ups , sit ups and a walk . And thats it .
I find walking very meditative
However I am glad to hear that local yoga and pilates classes are starting up again
Some of those women are extremely interesting to talk to
And very flexible

A mate of mine who is a bit odd, went to a yoga and pilates class that was all women. They let him join in, but he hadn't packed anything that 'held it all in' while he was doing the various exercises his meat and two veg kept popping out, apparently he was unaware. He was asked to leave and not come back.

 I feel his pain
These things happen though
You have to dust yourself down and go again
Unless you are banned
In all honesty I find the idea of going down the gym , warming up , waiting to go on the machines , then on the treadmill etc very very boring
And martial arts needs a great deal of motivation and dedication
I have some dumbells , I do some squats , press ups then go for a walk
More time to go fishing then , or yoga , if I can find a group that hasn't banned me
Don't worry ladies ....the boys are back in the barracks !

		Exercise at home.
Two big advantages
1 It's free.
2. You don't have to do it.
