Waghorn 'collision' with post(?)
Found it strange that he would have been able to continue after the severity of 'his collision' with the goal post.
... or why in fact, he would have collided with the post, given the flight of the ball.

He was seen to be given a head injury assessment which took quite a while.
Being interviewed after the game there was no apparent swelling etc.
So Derby gained an 8 minute (injury time) advantage during which they would have known that Cardiff had equalized.

Do you reckon they practiced that in training?
Re: Waghorn 'collision' with post(?)
It probably was discussed to try and buy some time. He just saw the opportunity and took it, it was a hard whack but I'm in no doubt there was ever much wrong with him
Re: Waghorn 'collision' with post(?)
if that had been a parks football posts he wouldnt have got up
Re: Waghorn 'collision' with post(?)
True.
Probably would have just been left there too.
Re: Waghorn 'collision' with post(?)
Looked pretty genuine on the replays. And it's hardly the sort of thing you can plan in advance, is it?
Re: Waghorn 'collision' with post(?)
I love conspiracies but I'm out in this one. He could have at least put the header away first.
