Sky Sports Red Button/Virgin Media

For those who have Sky Sports via Virgin Media, a question . My son is down for a couple of days and on Tuesday we settled down to watch some evening football. A bit of CL and some of EFL. He asked why I wasn't watching City on 'the red button', and I replied that as I subscribed to Sky via Virgin, you couldn't get it. Never had been able to either. So he pushed the red button and hey presto, the City game and others was there. He laughed his head off for ages, saying it's been there all the while and you haven't pressed it ! I swear I couldn't get it last season and for all the years before.
