Results since McCarthy signed that contract

We've played the equivalent of half a season - 23 games. We've had 6 wins, 8 draws and 9 defeats, scoring 25 and conceding 33. That's close to relegation form over the course of a season.

Before he signed his contract we won 7 and drew 3 of his first 10 games, scoring 23, conceding 7.

everybody performs well while waiting on their company contract, only to then fall back into their lazy ways, it's true in 'normal' life too..

I doubt he wants to lose.
