Whenever Whitts stepped up to take a penalty in a shoot out, I was about ten times more confident he'd score than any of his team mates, but the truth is he missed four penalties for us (three in 10/11 against Millwall, Barnsley and Palace and one in 14/15 at Norwich) and two more (v the wurzels and West Brom) where he knocked in rebounds after the keeper had saved his initial effort. I listed a few very good City penalty takes in my previous post in this thread, but, despite that fallibility, I think I'd still have Whitts to take a penalty when the pressure was at its greatest.
