Cost of reroofing semi in Cardiff?.

Approx cost using old tiles and/or new tiles.

I'm not a roofer mate, i can do a bit, but i'm not geared up for it and i don't have the relevant insurances to do that type of work. I may have over estimated the costs, although 100-150 per m2 should be about right, with 150 at the top end, obviously.

Had mine done last year (in SE not on Cardiff) and thought that your original number seemed a bit high. Think mine was more in line with your second rule of thumb.

Yeah, my mistake. He could get it for £100 per m2, just depends on how busy people are etc I'm a plasterer, probably the dullest amongst the trades :hehe:

Painters are dull mind. Usually a bit weird as well. Plasterers and brickies aren't normal either. Sparks and Plumbers are just big softies who don't pick their rubbish up, too good for that :hehe:

How crap is your roof
This seems the opposite of a recommendation

I own a semi-detached in Cardiff, and had my roof done about five or six years ago - it cost me around £6500, if I remember correctly. That included scaffolding, plus some work on the chimney stack.
