Yes you can renew in the ticket office, not just online. If you require a new card then you will need a photo now to with it and they will charge you £15 for this new card! -

I would say no.
City have a real inability to take your money off you - goes back years with me and see examples of this all the time.
Frustrates me as I take people out of the market daily and leave nothing to chance.Comment
