last couple of times I've parked in heath park and walked through

I have a mate who doesn't drive , needs a lift
Says its easy parking
But he doesn't drive
So I thought I would suss it out
Surely they need a super hospital like Morriston, on the M4 ?

I've taken my father down recently. Dropped him off and parked outside in Heath and had him phone me when he's out.
Re: Heath Hospital Parking
As Hilts says, unless your mate needs your help, then dropping them off at the entrance is your best bet.
If either of you have a blue badge you park in the residents spaces just outside and walk through, or you might find a space in the Heath park car park.
Other than that you'll probably be relying on driving around hoping to spot someone who's just leaving.
Re: Heath Hospital Parking
If you driving from the east of Cardiff there is a free park and ride at the Pentwyn roundabout - H59 every 10 minutes or so

Just come off at Cardiff Gate, seems like the sensible solution. Other than that, drop your mate off as close as possible and go for a cuppa on Whitchurch rd. The mornings around there are tragic.

It's getting a space in time for an appointment that worries me
Might be best if I drop him in and he gets a cab home

Could just drop him off, try the parking, I got a space last time. If not he could get a taxi home or wait in a side street until he calls you to be picked up.

He can't use buses or trains
Either he gets an ambulance , a taxi or hes driven in
