I honestly wonder whether it’d be such a bad thing. Look at Derby, they’ve rallied and positivity now abounds around Pride Park. We’ve been treading the same path for too long.

It certainly feels that something has to give.

However derby are a far bigger club than us.

If we're looking to emulate Derby perhaps we can start by getting the Leeds fixture called off due to snow.

Sounds like you're fed up seeing us in the Championship and fancy a change.

Personally I think on the one hand relegation would at least shake up the shit show that run the club and allow us a chance to reset possibly with a new owner

In that sense it wouldn’t be a bad thing however in reality it would be a disaster

Sounds more like they're fed up of seeing a struggling, clueless side just surviving in a division that we have been thriving in for years.

I'm old enough to go back to 74/75 when we were finally relegated to the third tier after years of struggle and an unpopular owner (David Goldstone) sold out to a consortium of local businessmen who changed the mood around the place and we went straight baok up the following season. I know football finances have changed a great deal since then, but would relegation be the straw which brike the camel's back as far as Tan was concerned? I think it might be and, if relegation was the price we had to pay for him leaving, I think it would be one worth playing.

I'm agreeing with you but you'd be surprised I still know a few people that think Tan is the best owner we've ever had.

He's the richest owner we've ever had. And he's put more money into the club than anyone else. They're about the only positives I can come up with.

Yes it would likely be bad. People were saying the same thing when we were in the premier league.
