Let’s make sure Robertson knows he made the right decision.

To be fair it was an open goal, with Bournemouth, Brighton, Birmingham etc out of the way we’re even closer to the promotion places before a ball’s kicked:hehe:

Kanga would probably miss it.

It’s going to be an anti climax. We all know it, unless you are new to all this.

absolutely, we've improved every game under Riza so far, but there's no way we improve on a 5-0 drubbing.
teams will start to work out ways to nullify our newly discovered attack soon enough..
Portsmouth won on the weekend as well, think it could be a trickier game than people are expecting.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v PORTSMOUTH. Match thread
Once again the pessimist in me thinks there is no way we will win 2 games on the bounce.
Hoping for a win, but expecting a draw. 1-1

Re: CARDIFF CITY v PORTSMOUTH. Match thread
Three home games, three wins and not a goal conceded for our club & country. We’re doomed I tell you, doomed!!

Re: CARDIFF CITY v PORTSMOUTH. Match thread
I don't think City looked anything other than quite confident and capable on Saturday. Providing they carry this forward to tomorrow night I think we should be looking at another 3 points..

3-1 City.
The Riza rave rolls on.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v PORTSMOUTH. Match thread
easy win, we are are finally in form after a 10 year break. 10-0

Re: CARDIFF CITY v PORTSMOUTH. Match thread
I don't like this, everyone being confident of a win.
I don't like it at all

You are not on your own.
As a hard nosed rationalist I am very nervous with all this tempting of fate!
Can we please get back to predicting doom, gloom and banana skins!

I predicted 1-1
This is going to be difficult

Think it will be more millwall than Plymouth but I'd take that result.

Confidence should be high after the recent performances, it will be interesting to see if there are any changes to the starting lineup
I’d like to see Dalaand and Goutas at the back
Chambers looks more like a CDM or RB to me
I guess the most important thing is that we have options at the back and in Midfield
Just need that other forward in January

Or Reindorf now?

Well he has to be better than either of the current pair, for a start he’ll run looking for the ball
He’s got energy, enthusiasm and youth on his side
It must be disheartening for him to see a training cone and Meite in front of him in the pecking order

we will have Davies and Etete back before then

Re: CARDIFF CITY v PORTSMOUTH. Match thread
looking at the stats from the QPR game, Portsmouth had very little of the ball, and very poor passing accuracy, and a high percentage of long balls.
QPR had more shots and more on target.
we've been quiet susceptible to long balls over the heads of our centre backs over the last few years.
they will be a very different type of challenge to Plymouth or the other sides we've faced recently
