Tell you one thing. The economy will have to Trump environmental concerns if she wants to speed up development, as that is by far the biggest blocker, with a case in point below.
And that's not to say we shouldn't have environmental concerns because we absolutely should, but it's hard to do both.
The silly tossers brought it upon themselves with talk of "climate emergencies", which true or not does imply a complete halt on developments.

It is what she's said. I don't disagree with her. I'm just saying it's far easier said than done and will be made far more difficult politically and legislatively by environmental commitments, which as I say, is at least in part understandable.
I mean stuff like this. In an emergency, you do nothing more than exit the building / put out the fire etc. You certainly don't build anything on green spaces.
