Who do we appoint for final 9 games then? Enough is enough for riza now.
No way does riza deserve any more games after that tonight. We are in awful form for a sustained period of time and the more experience he gets the worse he becomes.
I understand this is on tan and dalman and borley and all those clowns running the show however on the pitch we can't continue with someone like riza in charge. Have to have a manager in charge to give ourselves a chance. I don't think it will be enough whoever we get but we have to try?

Re: Who do we appoint for final 9 games then? Enough is enough for riza now.
No one in charge has a clue about football. They won’t sack him and will probably be daft enough to keep him next season.
-
Re: Who do we appoint for final 9 games then? Enough is enough for riza now.
It's now an emergency manager. What a shit show.
Riza has to go tonight and his staff.
Otherwise we are down.
That's as bad as performance considering the opposition I've seen for years.

Re: Who do we appoint for final 9 games then? Enough is enough for riza now.
It’s time for Tan to put his hands in his pockets and get Dyche in for the rest of the season

Yep. Whatever it takes. If tan doesn't want to pay it then relegation is going to cost him an awful lot more money.
Riza and all coaches have to be sacked tonight and a real manager and new coaching staff in for final 9 games to see if they can find 3 wins from somewhere.
We've won 4 in 25 games? 5 points from last 8 games? We won't get to 40 points if riza stays.

Tom Ramasut, C'mon down.........

We need realistic options

Re: Who do we appoint for final 9 games then? Enough is enough for riza now.
For anyone feeling sorry for riza. Ask yourself- what kind of level would he have been appointed at as a manager before us? What kind of level will he be appointed at next? Likewise morison and hudson and on and on.
I'm just fed up of us appointing people as our manager who wouldn't get jobs at a half decent national league club.

The same reason most managers fancy a challenge - the cash, but he got Everton out of the relegation zone when he came in there. I’m not suggesting for the long term just to keep us up. The financial loss from relegation has to be on Tan’s mind - just splash some cash in the short term, reset over the summer and get the next managerial appointment right. Sorry, I need to take my medicine now…..

As was our midfield and attack.
The whole team looked clueless. No idea what they are doing.
It's a complete shambles.
We may go down anyway but Riza has now clearly lost it completely and all our idiots can do is replace from within.
-
Re: Who do we appoint for final 9 games then? Enough is enough for riza now.
He may get sacked but we all know we won’t appoint someone quickly.
The cleaner will take charge temporarily before getting the job permanently after a draw and two losses
We are a shambles

What self respecting manager with any kind of ambition would take on the job of managing a team that is hurtling towards relegation and with an owner who likes to interfere?

We are talking 9 games. It wouldn't be difficult to find someone with more experience than riza to be fair.

We should have appointed a decent manager months ago but they didn't.
It's now an emergency appointment before Saturday. Pity Neil Harris isn't available he'd have done for 9 games.
Riza has to go before Saturday.

That’s the point - we can’t recruit a decent manager. We’ve had the opportunity several times over the years but no decent manager would take on a such an impossible task. An owner who wants to have a say on everything, a coaching staff that are under qualified and a support base that provides an atmosphere that’s meeker than a pre season friendly. Coaches and managers talk to each other and know which clubs to avoid.

I think it was Lowe on TV before Riza was appointed more or less asking to come. Rowett went to Oxford ffs!!
We could easily appointed someone half decent.
