Clifton Street used to be tidy, I wonder what changed.
He has but the post was to show a birds eye view of the present state of the city in parts . Billy is a top lad
as mentioned before on here in my own experience and i used to work away alot and found Birmingham the toughest place i stayed around , the South Yardley area followed by Wolverhampton and Coventry . The gangs around Brum are insane well they used to be
Cardiff has a lot of problems but I don't think we are comparable to many other cities and I don't believe we have that level of infiltration by serious and dangerous gangs.
What frustrates me is that a lot of the general decay is very easy to solve. The broken windows theory is a very good one. There also needs to be work done to make compulsory purchases far easier. Pill , parts of Clifton st Cardiff , parts of high street swansea are in their own way every bit as run down as Toxteth in Liverpool or Parts of moss side in Manchester
A walk or drive along parts of barry road in Cadoxton , Barry are an eye opener
Poverty and deprivation is bigger in Birmingham and Glasgow as they are far bigger places than Cardiff or Newport but it's the same thing
