At some point the game got stopped for 2-3 mins while VAR checked for a penalty (I think) that nobody seemed to spot or care about. It wasn’t given. As soon as they said any head injury will stop the game, every 'injury' is a head injury.
It's embarrassing watching the replays, and nothing has touched their head or face...and they're laying there getting treated.
