If we do stay up: backroom clear out
The status quo can't remain the same.
There needs to be a complete clear out of the backroom coaching staff. Except for the academy whom seem to be able coaches.
Richard Shaw was brought in for that bit of experience but I haven't seen anything in him to suggest he's improving things.
Tan etal have been warned so many times in recent seasons.

I was thinking earlier, never mind the manager or the players, the first thing I would do would be to sign a top set piece specialist coach.
the decor thing would be a defensive coach.

Yes. We don't get many of the basics right. I can understand why some managers will bring their own staff with them.
I liked the idea that Sir Alex Ferguson would change his assistant from time to time as he would learn things from them.

Nonsense, we have our next three managers and a life president in that dugout.
Re: If we do stay up: backroom clear out
this is Cardiff City, what we want and what we get is another thing altogether, i'm pretty confident IF we survive what we will get next campaign is another struggle season..
Re: If we do stay up: backroom clear out
I’d probably clear the front room and the middle room too.

Re: If we do stay up: backroom clear out
We've spent £15m on players this season, and about 3 start. We need to address the criminally bad recruitment. Frankly, everyone involved with the first team should go. We can't sign a good player to save our lives, the ones we have don't improve and the players we do have get injured constantly.
Re: If we do stay up: backroom clear out
Why have restrictions on their clear out in place?
Do it whether we're in the Championship or Lee Gwan.

This, really. Whether we survive by the skin of our teeth or not again, this should be the season that triggers a full on top to bottom honest evaluation and clearout.
Will it? Will it feck. If the powers that be learned nothing from being kept up by a points deduction on another team, they won't learn anything this time either.
