The way I see it:
We stick with Riza we are going down
If we sack Riza they won't make a proper appointment due to the impending relegation and thus give it to his assistant. Almost certainly it will be more of the same and we go down.
If there is some miracle and we stay up then we will give him a job until the end of next season and have another season of shite.
Give it to Ralls and Ramsey
Pretty much. Lose on Friday and we could be relegated on Monday. And I'll be there to see it. Won't be the first time.
