Clubs communication, FAB and steve borley's role/ his twitter account
Just a musing. On his Twitter account he has 4 days of posts about the ccfc women's team, about llanrumney united women's team and some retweets about the fan engagement award. Not a word or mention of our relegation.
Now the others are all noble things and he can post what he likes on his personal account. But as he made such a big fuss about being co chair of the FAB at Xmas time I can't work out what's going on? In fairness the trust issued a strong statement that got media attention. I heard Vince alm on radio wales saying what him and others have been saying for years and not holding back. I suspect the FAB aren't allowed to.say anything unless sanctioned by borley?
I'm not being critical automatically I just find it confusing and it got me wondering.
Would it be has a lot to say but he's not allowed?
Is he actually not really involved anymore apart from his building company building the academy etc?
Does he have no idea at all what's going on either?!
He had steve mcphail sat next to him on Saturday. Probably just as a guest of the club but I wonder what influence borley now has if any?

Such as mocking and belittling people who opposed the rebrand for example

It's not so much the club or those associated with the hierarchy at the club want to pretend relegation hasn't been confirmed but more a general, across the board case of being what our friend Nigel Pearson would call an ostrich.
It's not even that those at the top know they have their head in the sand anymore, they have just been there for so long they have forgotten.

Steve Borley is another disgrace, along with the rest of them. Guy would eat himself if he could

Just to be clear on one point. Steve Borley is not co-chair of the FAB , nor indeed is he even a member of it, He was selected by the club as one of their representatives who meet with the FAB and co-chairs the meetings with the Chair of the FAB.

Cheers. However he seemed to think he was. Maybe he has been told he isnt co chair like he was telling people he was? However his exact quote was
"it’s one for a discussion for our scheduled meeting with the @cardiffcityfab on Monday as co chair of the fab I can advise there is an agenda and minutes of that meeting will be published following the meeting and signed off by both co chairs."
