Some of it's not good reading, obviously, but has the training ground really "ceased since relegation"? This was posted yesterday morning, on the first working day since the West Brom game.

A WOL article last week about the financial implications of relegation said "there were rumours work on that had ground to a halt amid the threat of relegation". Don't know if those rumours are true.
