Watch this video, do you think Ramsey wants the Managers job?

Just watch Ramsey from 4:36 onwards — the smile, the glance away when he says, "I love being in the role". That body language speaks volumes. The same goes for how he talks about Gunter and Morgans — "they'll only bring positive things to Cardiff", and "I have a clear way of how I want to play".

Maybe I'm reading too much into it — could just be nerves — but to me, it really seems like he's seriously considering the Managers job. I wouldn’t be surprised if early conversations have already started.

The counterargument is that he wants to continue playing, maybe he's weighing both options up?

Everyone has a clear idea of how they want to play when they start out.

And it's always possession based, winning the ball back quickly, attack with pace, let talented players shine, win the set piece battles and insert your game on to the opposition.

It's always that. Even the revOLEution. :hehe:

Now actually doing it and coming up against other teams who also have their own game plans........

Then after a few tough games they all revert back to 5 at the back and just keep it tight and stay in the game as long as we can.

Eg when riza came in he actually did what everyone wanted. Colwill at 10. Tanner in. Attacking with pace etc..... and yeah we had some ok results didn't we. But when teams realised what we were doing and realised how easy it was to stop....... we were well and truly screwed.
