2 Jocks doing well abroad
Scott McTominay just scored what could be Serie A title winning goal, whilst Lewis Fergusson captained Bolognia to lift the Italian cup last week.
McTominay seems to have flourished since leaving Man U.

Billy Gilmour is also at Napoli, doing well too by all accounts.

McTominay was always a good player, I don't know why the got rid of him. I think he was even one of their top scorers in his last season there. Nice to see him doing well at Napoli

McTominay is a terrible CDM, but a good goalscorer, so he has this strangely niche role.

He wins his battles and he scores goals from midfield, terrible decision by United to get rid of him

Man Utd should have hired Conte when they had the chance, while we are at it!

He’s not a defensive midfielder and doesn’t play as one for Napoli. He’s the furthest forward player in their midfield

Just to rub salt into Man Utd’s wounds, Lukaku scored the 2nd for Napoli.

He has more of a CAM profile, I'll give him that, but in United's system, he was often picked in the CDM role and didn't play that role. Ugarte was brought in as the McTominay replacement and plays much more as the CDM.

He played as a 10 regularly. He sometimes played deeper but that's not his role. He's said so himself, and now is Serie A player of the year.
