What will happen to TR? Surely, he can't go back to the academy.
Placing the cones out on the A470 between Taffs Well and Pontypridd?

In that article BBM speaks highly of Gavin Chesterfield when DoF is mentioned. I can see a promotion coming for him soon.

It’s very disappointing that there was no news of a new structure at the club and, although it was an impressive first press conference by BBM today, i can’t help but feel that he’s going to have to be very good to succeed if we are going to continue to be run on the same old Vincent Tan knows better than any one else lines. That said, I agree that it seems like our new manager was very impressed by Gavin Chesterfield who was very much to the fore in the recruitment process, so, while there might not be the formal new job titles people were wanting, the most important thing is that someone like Chesterfield becomes more influential within the club - at least that would be a small step in the right direction.
Re: What now for Tom Ramasut
It's the question of the summer. I was going to post something brilliant such as "why can't he go back to the academy? Someone has to pour the orange squash" but TR is, I assume, a highly qualified coach, and if we were looking to save a few quid we could've ditched him ages ago but didn't. All the managers since his promotion seem to be happy with his work. It's a fun pastime pondering what on Earth he does but this might not be as mysterious as, say, wondering how long Ken Choo spends at home.
Re: What now for Tom Ramasut
Is Gavin Chesterfield any good? Didn't he come from Barry Town.?
All I know hes part of a set up that as sent us back to the lower leagues.

He's head of the academy, so responsible for a bunch of players that people speak highly of.
He's nothing to do with the first team, that I know of.
BBM speaks highly of him
Re: What now for Tom Ramasut
TR has been part of a failed managers team over and over again. In all that time I have never seen evidence of anything worked on during the week. With the new appointment of BBM I hope the club use this opportunity to remove as many of the old staff as possible and start afresh.

Very disappointing but to be expected. BBM's going to have his work cut out and we'll never get change under Tan
Re: What now for Tom Ramasut
Tom Ramasut has been the great survivor since he came into the first team coaching set up with Steve Morison’s promotion.
I have no idea if he is good at what he does, but his ability to stay in place during so many regime changes is oddly impressive.
I may be wrong but wasn’t he name checked by Riza as being responsible (with Purse or Ward) for set piece training? If that is right he is not ticking boxes!
Maybe the club just values continuity - or he knows where all the bodies ate buried?
