Have to feel sorry for the players and fans. This is admin nonsense. At least they'll still get a European tour.
It is because Nottingham Forest have made a mockery of the rules. The Olympiakos guy is clearly still running the show there.

Whoever finishes highest in their respective leagues. Winning a cup means nothing to uefa
