As far as having good business ethics then Tan is streets ahead of Chansiri, but Tan bought City in May 2010 when we missed out on the PL by a whisker and had a brand new stadium. We also had a pretty decent squad, probably one of the best in the Championship. We're now a league 1 side - average at best - with a squad of very little value except for Salech. He hasn't spent £150 million, he's wasted it. Ironically, by now not spending anything he's actually not wasting anything for the 1st time in 16 years..
