Catfish and the Bottlemen last night
Superb.
Was doubting them before today and only went because of the cheap tickets but they really were brilliant.
Getting old now as the sound was getting a bit muddy by the people talking but the band put on hell of a show.
Thought Travis gave it some too, although not my cup of tea.

Not wishing to sound :old: but I don't think I've ever heard any of their music and have barely ever heard of them. I did wonder if they could fill the stadium. They are playing Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as well. They are big venues.

We were over the road seeing Faithless, who were outstanding! I had been waiting to see them for a long time and wasn't disappointed. Chicane before them put on a cracking set too.

I get no pleasure at all from the enormous stadium gigs. It's such a remote experience.

Same here. The Tramshed is almost too big for me. Clwb or the Globe are the sort of venues I like.

I too went to see Catfish after having got a freebie. Never really heard anything of theirs beforehand but thought they put on a decent show. They've obviously got a bigger following than I realised. The singer has a decent voice.
Can't remember the last stadium gig I went to and will be in no rush to see another. Feels like yourevjust watching a performance rather than being part of it. Looking forward to an Autumn of gigs in the Tramshed, Uni and Clwb Ifor for a much more enjoyable gig experience.

CATBM management gave away thousands of tickets, bad selection of venue. On the other hand Fontaines DC could have sold out the castle 2x over on Wednesday.

it's a MOTR indie pop band that are doing nothing new. The drummer played in goal for Fc Pancras and could maybe be a back up for or second keeper
