All went well until a few days ago. I can't see **** all out the eye. Went to clinic yesterday. They said it I'd had an Hemorrhage Got to go back Monday
I was wondering if anyone on here has
had any thing similar. It's all a bit scary.
Why not pop into Specsavers over the weekend. They often have more advanced equipment there and probably they'll be able to examine that pressure before your appointment in hospital.
Hope everything goes well.

Ditto on both counts.
Apparently, I've had a cataract in each eye for at least 6, maybe 8 years. Specsavers say they're slow-growing and don't need action... yet.
Re: Hemorrhage behind eye
If was specsavers who picked this up. Cheers lads
Re: Hemorrhage behind eye
I’ve been told I’ve got a swelling behind the eye, 2 visits to the eye department, on the last one they put me on special eye drops and told me to keep using them until they contact me.
That was 18 months ago
My doctor has written too them twice and all I’ve had is two texts messages asking me if I want to stay on their list

That's poor.Contact them and ask if there aother hospitals they can refer you to.A friend done that and was offered a private hospital in Swansea.Bristol and Glouster all paid for by the NHS.email the complaints dept at the hospital you had the texts off.
Re: Hemorrhage behind eye
I had a torn retina, happened naturally believe it or not, they couldn't laser it so I had emergency surgery, they drained the fluid and put a gas ball in my eye, after a few days, it was wobbling like a spirit level, got cataracts in the same eye, they did warn me, all sorted now and was diagnosed by Specsavers, they were brilliant
Re: Hemorrhage behind eye
No experience of it but hope you heal well mate.
Re: Hemorrhage behind eye

Ha, and that's how it is nowadays in Wales. It's not about being seen, it's not about being given a date, it's actually trying to get onto the waiting list and staying on there. I wonder why they seem so keen to keep people off the waiting lists
