Liverpool v Arsenal (off topic TOBW!)

Got chatting to a guy whose family were the only Arsenal fans among lots of Scousers watching the game yesterday.

After about 10 minutes talking about the links between City and Arsenal including the shit given to Rambo by Stoke fans ... and other anecdotes.

I mentioned that, back in the day, when I was a goalkeeper I tuned into Bob Wilson's Football focus ... learning the correct technique for taking a goal kick.

The guy I was talking to was the son of the the great Bob Wilson!

Bob Wilson is 84 years old ... unfortunately his wife passed two years ago. Learned that he was the 6th child of a Glaswegian father ... Bob was born in England, but represented Scotland at international level.

Bob Wilson's grandsons ... both keepers ... went on to play non-league football (one of them for Woking) after not quite making the grade at Chelsea & Palace.

It's a small world!
