Oh God, that guy should not be reffing full stop after his handling of the Newport v Morecambe Play Off Final.

This ref is Bobby Madley’s brother, I’ve no idea if he’s of the same standard as his brother but apparently he refs premier league games. On another point does anyone know if the match is a sky red button game?

not this one ,it looks like sky will not be showing many red button games this season unless they are rearrangements :frown:

Thanks, I’d looked at the sky schedule and thought that they just weren’t listing the red button games. I hardly ever go away so the red button option is ideal, sky just got even worse value for money ☹️

That means no stream for tomorrow's match. I hope that is helpful even though you knew what was meant..

They've drawn 2 and lost 1, should be an opportunity here if we can take it.

I do wonder if Morison will try and a be a little more defensive, I hope not. He does come across as a bit of an over thinker and that’s has it’s benefits and disadvantages. Shame it’s not on sky.

Agreed- Kipre is a massive loss at the back for us, but if we can play like we did Saturday, we'll get something from the game NQAT

Steve Bruce on why he let Romaine Sawyers leave West Brom - must warn you, don't expect much from this article which describes Steve Bruce as a Scot.

Only 3-0 if Blackburn lose 2-0 to Reading!

Interesting, I think we might see the wide players swapped around frequently this season. Ojo and Philogene very direct so maybe part of the plans.

What the hell has McGuiness done - was the most promising young player by a long way early last season.
A few stinkers at the end of the season and now can’t get a look in

still young enough to come back, needs to force his way into the team and take his chance when it comes.
he did make quite a few errors last season though.

Is he better than Denham, I’m not sure.
I think one will go out on loan tho.

Struggles with the ball at his feet, caught out far too much positionally, not enough pace, unable to carry the ball and tending to hit it 60 yards, commits to challenges leaving himself open therefore unable to play in a back 4, beaten far too easily in air for his physicality
These were Ipswich fan comments on him when we signed him
They also said if anybody could get the best out of him it would be Mick McCarthy - unfortunately Mick couldn't because he simply isn't very good
Categorise with Lee Baddeley and Gareth Abraham.
