Chants of ‘Erol Bulut’s barmy army’ today, albeit pretty muted, ‘Erol Bulut’s f*cking barmy’ would be more appropriate. We’ve dropped a huge bollock not binning him and bringing Bellamy in at the end of last season, in my opinion. As it is it’s another ‘pay up the contract’ situation. Cardiff City eh………

I don't see a system so having one would be a start. Yes, the players look lost. It's a mess. But there are paid professionals out there who should be doing more than they are.
It's the basics. Poor touch, lack of urgency, composure, poor decision making etc. A lot of that stuff is on the players. Obviously, the set up and tactics have an affect on performance and mentality, but i'm not for allowing these players a free pas because the manager is a fraud.

What's the lowest points total a club has accrued at this level.?
I don’t agree with that at all.
For once I think that we have some decent players (O’Dowda, Robertson, Willock, El Ghazi, Chalmers, Ng) and quite a few others with potential.
I have not been a Bulut out person but he needs to turn this around sharpish as I don’t think Tan will be too patient.

I'm predicting we just stay up on goal difference! That's the turning point of our season right there!

Match fixing, no question about it.

Re: FT: DERBY COUNTY 1 - 0 CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
The abysmal defending for the goal sums up the poor quality and effort of our defenders. Goutas and Chambers are poor. How on earth did Chambers get an England cap??
They also kept catching us out with the short passes at set plays with Colwill left on his own v 2. Luckily Derby are pretty crap. (Less crap than us though)
Lack of creativity in midfield , lack of pace and absolutely nothing up front.
Leeds is going to be a hammering.

Totally agree with you here. Bulut should have been given the bullet lol, the second the referees whistle went for full time. Rotherham, a team with nothing to play for, the worst in the division last season, played their hearts out that day for their manager and fans after an extremely poor season.
Ours couldn't have given a flying fkuk. Maybe they were hoping that abject display would get Bulut the sack?

You can't win without goals scorers or a good striker... we don't have any of that...which match will we get 3 points ?

What was happening at their corners was clearly planned, don’t ask me what they were trying to achieve mind.

I actually have some repect for Bulut, he's fooled the three Stooges and made himself a pretty penny. I'd do the same if i could get that type of work...

I just think back to the Jones era. Much better players, decent football, but we did get stuck into the manager and players ultimately, for their failures. Go back further, and it was just cruel. something happened when we reached the premier league, it's like we're not worthy of decent football and a club that has a plan,

in fairness the only time i saw some passion was when bulut lost his shit and kicked off... we need alot more of that show
if the whispers are right, they will have a discussion this eve, what they waiting for, should have never gave him a new contract, now he has a nice bit of compensation to take off to to turkey or where ever he off too

Rob Phillips says he has spoken to the club tonight and there is no truth in the rumour regarding talks about erol buluts position

Re: FT: DERBY COUNTY 1 - 0 CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Thing is we’ve clearly backed ourselves into a corner with some of these contracts we’ve given… Chambers, El-Ghazi, Ramsey, even Ralls who has been a wonderful servant but his time is nearly up. Feck knows what has happened with Ng this season but he has been utter gash too.
When the kids came on the last 20 mins, sure there were some very poor touches and it didn’t click but at least we tried to get forward and played with some pace and intent. If we just start with that team and give it a go, I don’t think we are going down.
That’s half the problem at least, no idea where we are going to find a striker from. The fact that Tan bought a good one with City’s money and sent him to Kortrijk is a scandal.

I'm also encouraged by the fact that we can't have our usual Colwill slanging match thread either.

That doesn't mean they won't though and he will go.
There's a really good chance he will be gone and the ITK desperados will be keen to impress.🤣
