Agree. Just really odd that Mick doesn’t seem to view the full back position as a specialist one. Seems to think anyone can slot in there.

There are probably 30,000 or more of us who knew that appointing McCarthy was a huge mistake.

They feel sorry for us, which is worse

This is embarrassing.
We would never EVER score any of the goals that they have scored.
Defeat at Fulham and Mick is gone. His time will be up.
It is the nature of this defeat that is so dire and depressing.

Probably because it's been so easy for them. No stress, no worrying, no watching the clock etc. This was a practice game for swansea, a pre season friendly, a testimonial, no real concerns. There is something seriously wrong at our club based on that performance. Play shit, cave in, give the ball away etc, but show some ****ing desire. Not one of our players is even frustrated enough to get sent off.

Cant see that happening, they won’t want to come back here.
We may all be jumping the gun here, he might keep his job.

Gone on too long.
Not just the results but his negativity.
If he gets to Fulham they won't sack him at all. No reason other than money why they should be here beyond tonight. I'd include most players in that but they are far harder to shift.

Hold on Mick!
We need to wait for a decent manager to become available before a knee jerk replacement

Why wait until then? As said by another poster, I've stopped caring about the results now. Watching football has never been this painful on the eyes, like a bloody endurance sport.

Re: FT: SWANSEA CITY 3 - 0 CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
We were bad first half, Mick gets into them at half time and we are worse second half that says everything about the management and dressing room to me

Time for your rocking chair, pipe and slippers Mick. You don’t need this stress at this time in your life

Tony Pullis is available but if we wait a few more weeks, we might be able to get Steve Bruce.

He's a frustrating player that was never worth what we paid.
In this creativity and pace starved team he would still be an improvement.
Sad times.

He's spent. Absolute disgrace of a manager

Re: FT: SWANSEA CITY 3 - 0 CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Bring in Alex Neil, Paul Lambert, Mark Hughes or Chris Coleman. All better options than MM.

Re: FT: SWANSEA CITY 3 - 0 CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Remember they used to say "there are no easy games in the championship"?
Yes there, if Mick McCarthy's picking the team.
