3-0, Joel Cotterill from twenty five yards.
The under 21s doing a Welsh rugby team impression by letting in two goals in added time - they’ve just stopped playing.
Finished 3-2.
New goalie for the u18s https://www.cardiffcityfc.co.uk/news...rty-signs-city
He’s a Pontypridd boy
Best of luck to him
The u21’s signed Malachi Fagan-Walcott yesterday from Spurs
U18’s kick off at 11am at home to Sheffield Utd at Leckwith 👍
Has his own wiki page already. Champions League experience (one injury time substitute appearance).

Sheffield United won 2-1,Troy Perrett got a goal back in the second half, but they couldn’t come back from their 2-0half time deficit - it’s not been the best of starts to the season for the under 18s.
The u18’s are playing Bournemouth in a cup competition this afternoon
It’s a 12-30 kick off at the new training centre in Llanrumney
So anyone up that neck of the woods pop along ⚽️👍
Finished up 1-3 to Bournemouth
One of theirs was a deflected own goal 😟
Nothing JT could have done about it
They had three chances and took all three to be fair
We huffed and puffed and never looked like winning 😟
The 21’s are playing Swansea away tonight 👍
New centre back for the U21s

Lost 5-3 on penalties after Kieron Evans' equaliser made it 1-1 after 90 minutes.
thought the opening of our academy set up in llanrumney might have made a headline thread on here but will plonk it on here

A dissapointing result, particularly given the strength (sic) of the Swansea team. The U21's results seem at odds with their talent.

A home game today for what will surely be a very young under 21 team in view of tomorrow’s Cup game. It’s against Millwall and is being played at Leckwith with the usual free entry and live stream on You Tube.
One thing to note if you fancy watching is that the club website is saying it’s a 2 o clock kick off, not the usual 1 o clock.
No Semenyo, Wigley, Evans, Crole, Benjamin, Colwill or Ashford for the u21s
Benjamin is the co commentator for today’s game, says he’s been injured for two or three weeks, but is now back in training.
Dabono shown a red card for a rash tackle after he let the ball get away from him - probably the right decision given the way things are interpreted today in senior football, but I thought it was harsh in a game like this.
1-0 to Millwall at half time. It’s a bit like watching Sunday’s game because we’re having little of the ball and we’re spending nearly all of the time defending, but it’s wrong to expect anything else when you’re having to play over eighty per cent of the game with a one man disadvantage.
Finished 1-0 to Millwall, but great credit to City for being the better side in the second half and taking the game to Millwall despite their one man disadvantage. City had a great chance to equalise in the last minute when Nyakuwha did well to win a penalty which he elected to take himself. The problem was that he’d looked out on his feet in the quarter of an hour or so beforehand and it wasn’t a surprise to see his spot kick saved.
Was very impressed by Kyle Kenniford in midfield and Mafico did very well also.
Ref was hopeless.
