I didn't watch the game but switched on the analysis.
They are looking at what they are saying is a 100% penalty denied on Armstrong.
It didn't even go to VAR. They showed the slo mo and GL asked is there anything there that makes a clear penalty a doubt. They all say No.
From what I'm seeing Armstrong sticks his leg out towards the Hungarian and pulls him over with a clear shirt pull.
Am I completely wrong? I think it's a talking point but for all the panel to say there's nothing there to make it not a clear error is just wrong.
