What a hypocrite. Still waiting for the specific answer concerned and all your bluster, obfuscation and self-praise doesn't hide the fact that you lied through your teeth. Don't expect any further responses.

I recommend that you focus on your Philious Phogg impersonations, as you seem to have a lot of problems when it comes to deconstructing opposing arguments. I must admit you are quite an amusing character though. Your sense of wonderment at discovering that God is not real is something to behold. But just like the child who discovers that Santa is not real, you fail to realise that they are both fictional realities. Anybody with a basic understanding of life would know this. No hard feelings old bean, you are a decent sort of chap if we ignore your lopsided view of the world

Muller report concludes :
Where do Democrats go from here?
Their goal from the outset has been to persuade the nation that Trump colluded with Putin’s Russia to steal the 2016 election, and that the progressives are the true patriots in seeking to impeach and remove an illegitimate president and prosecute him for acts of treason.
The Republican position is that, for all his flaws and failings, Trump won the 2016 election fairly and squarely. He is our president, and the drive to impeach and remove him is an attempted constitutional coup d’état by a “deep state” terrified that it cannot win against him in 2020.
The end

President Trump hailed a “big victory” after winning Supreme Court approval to take billions of dollars from the US military to help build his wall on the Mexican border.
The court last night ruled in favour of Mr Trump’s plan to move $2.5 billion from the Defence Department budget to aid his campaign pledge to build the wall.

Your boy Trump claimed reports of demonstrations against him were 'fake news'.
It's all fake with your lot. Fake and fantasy. And costing the public a fortune to protect your delicate egos.

They had to be prepared for demonstrations whether one person or a hundred million showed up. I would blame the fake news for creating the situation.

I used to read the Guardian every day, and watch Newsnight every evening. I thought I had my finger on the pulse, and I even voted for Blair. Then came the war in Iraq, and I became a lot more discerning. I know exactly what it's like to be you, and I hope that one day you will start thinking for yourself. Until then, I will look forward to reading your daily bollocks, which I find quite amusing

The left-right fake paradigm is so entrenched that a drastic remedy is needed.

Did you really vote for Blair ?
I knew him when he was a barrister and, although he had a remarkable and undeniable charm he was obviously very insincere .
Clever little bugger, no denying that, but I'm surprised he took you in.
Are you a reformed socialist then ?
Re: The Donald Trump thread
Don announced today his plans to place a 10% tariff on another $300 billion of Chinese imports beginning September 1st.
The world economy is slowing at a rate of knots and that measure would accelerate the decline. The BoE has lowered its projected UK growth from 1.5% to 1.3%.
Re: The Donald Trump thread
I don't think Jon1959 will wise up though, because I doubt whether he understands why he thinks a socialist anyway.

And how often are these projected growth figures correct ?
Re: The Donald Trump thread
Never. They are always overly optimistic. The German economy is on the brink of recession.
