Drag Wolves back into it, then there are four teams going for two spots.
The latter scenario is the most preferable.

Not if we finish 3rd or below. We want to stay 2nd or higher. How is giving 3rd placed Villa more points any benefit to us?

It's in our own hands though. Beat Birmingham, Villa beat Wolves then the gap remains with one less game to play and Wolves are dragged back into it. With Wolves still to play at CCS, we could well be in prime position.

If it's in our hands we want to stay 2nd or higher, so it doesn't matter what Wolves do. If we slip up, it matters a whole lot more what Villa do. If we finish with more points than Villa and Fulham we will be promoted. Why the feck do you want to give them more points?
