the problem is how long can you give free tickets out for, before the fans realise its a promotional stunt. :

if you had a team a manager and chairman who wanted success, then people would pay anyway to watch a successful team. free tickets would not be needed :thumbup:

I think someone is still bitter about Leeds Utd as they were being destroyed by Cardiff City one night in 2002.
Club and fans have never recovered.
